Suggestions to upgrade the power of a. Beta

Sometimes there is no admin online.once I've seen a player who said to me where is the admins I told him to admin online it of course no one was online..so he told that he gonna use hacks.i said ok but I have no power to prevent it..so suggest to upgrade the power of the beta tester so when admins aren't online they can act like admin ...i mean. When /moderator talk like admin in chat ..every players see admin: in the chat but it's a moderator who talk..I suggest to give the power to a beta tester to talk like a admin..if you see what I mean...for example....admin:follow coprules please"I need a beta to talk like this too

Beta testers are not moderator or admins. Even if you had the cmd to chat like an admin that would not stop them from cheating. Yes you can prevent them from keep cheating by posting a complain with valid proof.

they is a lot of players who r annoying likebreking cop rules or /dm ..talk in main chat with another language .this thing things is so sad ok..i just suggest that

Download a video capturing program like Fraps, record rule abuser and report them.

just report it on forum or you can dm one of admins/moderators if they are breaking the rules/coprules or hacking.
