After analyzing the video provided, It was obvious that [ B]anana could have shot [ B]monkey.D.luffy after finishing off MASTERKILL + he had full health and armor and had no excuse to not go for monkey.D.luffy, but instead he ignored him.

Player will be punished for teaming up with criminals, Thank you.
