Official crews - Adding IG private chat

Hey guys, i think a good addition to the game would be to add a private chat for members of official crews. Leaders could invite the members IG to the crew and they would have access to it, similar to the current system for the cops. Let me know what you guys think !

That has already been confirmed to be implemented, but we don't know when exactly.

Instead just make cb radio which can be bought at 24/7 ,few public radios and private ones of choise, inactivity timer for them ofcourse
