Protection from Gas Tank explosion to Armoured vehicles

IT doesn't seem right that you have a 5000 HP securicar and anyone can just 1shot it. Same goes for Armoured vehicles.

When you buy armour you should also be protected from the Gas Tank explosion as long as your car health is above 1000.

Its just for securicar since its nearly impossible to stop a heavy vehicle with 5000 hp. Rest of the vehicles dont get destroyed by gas tank explode if they are above 999 hp

Hear me out, It should be so that it does more initial damage and increasing damage per shot on the fuel tank of the securicar. 10 accurate shots to destroy.
