Permanent screen fading effect

On exiting car while the repair just started, the fading effect remains until you are killed.

I tried this issue 3mins ago but nothing bug happened maybe with your internet problem.

I tested it aswell but the result was same as my fellow testers said. Did you press some extra buttons or chose some extra options except Car repairing?
Was your ping or packetloss high?
