banned without a reason

I don't know this right or not because this is first time i posted in forum

my friend got a wrong ban today,because he doesn't using cheat or anything but he got banned
he just try to rob the bank car and run to the hideout,but their aim maybe bad and accused my friend of using a cheat, but after I asked my friend, he just tried to steal a bank car and took it to hideout but when he escaped he was instead accused of using a cheat, is stealing a bank car wrong? Isn't that the job of a robber or one of his missions to steal the bank car right?

Staff's can reject your appeal bcs you didnt used the format, open it and edit it buddy. https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,16.0.html

Yes, there's a delete option. But you cannot delete it by yourself, only admins can. Post in this thread, bro.
