Got banned for 1year/2weeks

HELLO!
MY friend was playing samp on my laptop then u banned me from IP. THEN I CONNECTED WITH mobile network and i got banned for 1year and 1 month my name is TheDelev WTF you think you gonna do with ban. Now i want unban, i wont create another topic.
