Remove molotovs permanently

Reasons:-
Samp sync is shit.
Cops can still hold 5 molotovs, might be a bug but it's annoying.
It's so cheap way to kill players.

If cops can carry five of them then it's definitely a bug, Mike has nerfed the carrying amount to one only, which pretty much balances it. That being said, I disagree with removing them, it can be very useful to help yourself in a 1v3 situation for example. It also isn't hard to avoid them, just stop rushing every single time and have distance between you and your enemy to not get caught within the blast.
