Weather adjustment

Hi guys!

I'm here to talk about an important topic in the game: the wheather. Ok, winter is coming... but guys, it is not possible to continue playing under these conditions. Every 1 - 2 minutes it rains. As soon as the rain stops, the fog begins. After the fog the sandstorm starts. The game is becoming absolutely unbearable. And I'm not the only one to think so: at least 90% of players start complaining in chat when it rains.
I'm not saying to eliminate rain or fog, but at least to reduce climatic phenomena, for example one for each day. ONLY ONE!
Fuck, it's winter, ok. But I've never seen the rain and the sandstorm on the same fucking day.

Halloween update is the reason why you see more rain and fog. You wont see much rain and fog 1st November onwards

I'll reduce the bad weather for Halloween in the next update, as I agree it's too much.
