Allow cops to pick up each others' drops.

As the title says, cops should be able to pick up each other's drops. Your buddy can call in a drop when you're downed and help you up. Doesn't make sense on why cops can't pick up each others' drops.

Well then a simple solution would be to add a cooldown of say 5 seconds after the drop has landed. If the requester didn't pick it up in 5 seconds, its available to all other cops. Non-public services will be able to pick it up immediately after landing ofc.

Another solution would be to allow us to call drops for specific people in Public services so that only they and us will be able to pick it up. Non-Public services will be able to pick it up like usual.

I may simply add a command that allows your currentsupply drop to be collected by teammates. Maybe /sdshare or something.
