What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	At the time of the ban I connected from a public internet space (Publinet), where this user connected from as well.  By connecting from here an admin assumed I was a previously banned user.

Hi there,

Thank you for appealing your ban, I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience and distress this has caused you over the period of being banned. When originally banned, all information matched that of Yassin@ who at the time had been banned numerous times for evading. So, that's why I had issued the ban.

I've decided to remove the ban, considering Yassin@ is now playing again,  as you should be as well.
