Paying a fine without money

 - What happened? So when a cop gives me a fine i can still pay although i have nothing in my bank or wallet.
    - Where were you? LSPD
    - What were you doing? Paying a ticket without money
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? Nope
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? Not to me i don't know about others
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible:
Step 1. Clear your wallet and bank cash
Step 2. Have a cop near you to fine you
Step 3. Punch someone in the face so you get 1 star
Step 4. let the officer fine you
Step 5. Pay it

I think this is actually intentional, just like you don't have to pay bail if you don't have any money. Otherwise old players would have an huge advantage over new players.

That being said I keep an eye on this topic to see if more people consider it a bug and/or if we should move this topic to suggestions.

You can pay 0 ticket money and 0 bail money if you don't have enough cash otherwise you would be stuck in jail forever or you would be forced to get another wanted level without being able to pay the ticket.

Not really a bug
