Remove bounty after player who bounty you dies.

Easy;
if they bounty each other and one of them dies, cancel the other player bounty. It would not be necessary and unlogic to continue with the bounty because the other player died...with refund

What reason need continues with bounty if player dies?

If I bounty you and you bounty me, we are not supposed to hunt at our own placed bounties....

Nah I disagree. If you place a bounty IRL and you die, the bounty hunter doesn't suddenly stop going after your guy. You aren't paying them - you pay a middle man who then pays the bounty claimer.
