Escaping jail with a screwdriver

Since chances of escaping jail on your own are very slim, you should be able to buy a tool (screwdriver) which will increase the chances of you successfully breaking out of jail. You could have a maximum of 1 screwdriver in your inventory. You can buy this screwdriver at a gas station or 24/7 for a fixed price which admins can set. Say there is a 50% chance of you escaping with a screwdriver, if you fail, you lose the screwdriver. If you escape you also don't have it anymore

I could see this being useful.. it is almost nearly impossible to /esc from jail.. I try and maybe 1/20 times it actually works. Would be cool to have a more likely option, or maybe like what the bank has where you do a puzzle.. It should also cost quite a bit so that it isn't something you can buy for $5 and get out of jail all the time easily.

I'd say yes if there is a cooldown to it, once every alternate in-game days the cooldown resets maybe? Plus it should cost more as dudesdog suggested.

Yes if screwdrivers do not give 100% guarantee that you will break out of jail, maybe 60-70% chance of breaking out is fine. Otherwise No.

I like this idea though.

Idea's cool, but then you need to lower that 20% down to like 10% and then screwdriver increases to 30% with a chance to break it as well, so it's gone from inv and need to re-buy.
Either way, I think getting out of jail is an absolute joke at this point since the time's are low and 9/10 times you active gang players get your friends to bail you out anyways.
