Always provide your /crimes when reporting cops for attacking/killing you as a non-threat criminal. If you don't, then how are we supposed to know that you didn't commit a crime that would give the cop a reason to kill you? Given that you didn't provide your /crimes, there isn't enough evidence to punish the player.
