Ban or infraction appeal?[Ban]

Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone[I dont know the time when was i banned]

Ban/infraction reason and details[I open my account in game after like 3-4 Months than i saw my account is banned but i dont know why i just quit playing cause of my exams now i open again than i saw i am banned]

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?[i dont know the reason but it show the reason is hacks]

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?i  dont know i just open my game after a long time than its says i am banned

Any witnesses that can vouch for you?[no i dont have any proof but you can check my PC by teamviewer i have no issue

Any more information to provide? no
