Unfair PSO and Infraction

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	The suspect was indeed a threat. Also, it wasn't even me who killed the player, however, if the appeal were to be accepted/denied, do not blame it on who actually killed the player as I told him he was allowed to shoot the player.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Killing a suspect
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Uploaded my own video
Any more information to provide?	I know that it doesn't really go up against me, but I'd like it off my records. The PSO log says "Punishment: Final warning", which is something I feel uneasy about. Screenshots/Video:

Thanks for your appeal. I appreciate it you want to clear this situation up and get the story straight. I also appreciate it how you back another player, with who you were teaming at the moment the PSO and infraction were issued.

You did however not receive this PSO and infraction for the situation you three were in, at the moment I issued it.

We received a report earlier, from another player, which I investigated. From the actions of that reporting player, as well as your actions, it became (very) clear he could have been no threat to you. He had not done anything which could, even remotely, be interpreted as that. (E.g. no recent violent behaviour nor actions towards you.)

For that I issued you an infraction with zero infraction points. I believe that counts as a fair warning and I actually hoped, and still hope, it would help you to become a better cop. It probably went unnoticed in the little conversation we had, in-game, but I did not in any way wanted to punish you badly or discourage you to play on this server, the way you do. The PSO is standard in situations as obvious as this, but I trust you don't get too many of those.

You may ask who the player was who reported you, but we don't disclose the reports or the players reporting. I'm sorry.

All I can say is that I checked your actions, as well as those of the reported playing, thoroughly to make sure I made the right decision. The other player was not MW, has not been a threat to any player (i.e. not aimed at anyone nor shot/punched anyone) for quite some time and didn't have interactions with you which could be interpreted as such and were logged on the server. Serious, it was really, really clear from the logs. (Please note: all actions are logged.)

If you want to discuss any video evidence you think is relevant, please contact me on Discord. I wouldn't mind taking a look at it. I don't feel like this is the right place though to go through all video footage you might have of you gaming. Quite some time passed in between the report and the moment I took a look in it. Big chance we will start looking into an awful lot of non related incidents.
