Cool down in spray can/ Fire Extinguisher

It's just like SWAT tank/ Fire Truck. Keep on spraying till there is ammo. No matter how much good you are at shooting, this spray can abuse is gonna ruin you. There must be a cool down of 5 seconds after spraying someone for 3 seconds. Or maybe @Mike should decide it. But please stop this abuse.

Why is that an abuse? They're weapons and they do what they should do by default in SA-MP (in GTA:SA they do)

I don't think it's THAT necessary. Atleast I never encountered a situation where I was trapped mid fight by a fire extinguisher or a spray can. Plus, you rarely see someone using it.

As I said, it's just like Swat tank/ Firetruck. It might not be used so much right now, but who knows when it becomes another over-powered trick.

Spray cans and fire extinguishers do have serious disadvantages, other weapons do not have. The spraying suspect can easily be taken down by any of your friends nearby, while he can't do nothing about it with his weapon of choice.
