I think there should be setting by which I can sell my house to a specific person only. For example, I posted a topic in Marketplace and someone was interested in buying my house. But due to different timezones, we can't come in-game at the same time. So there should be an option in the 'Sell House' Section by which I can enter a specific username (player does not need to be online) and only that person can buy my house. So I can put my house on sale for him only and when he comes online, he can just go and buy and no one other than him can buy it before.
