a player destroyed my Car for no reason

Details		while i was away from my car this player name reset destroyed my car twice for no reason, the first time he did it i was probably at the Bank or in Jail and the second time he did it i was with Dr.Navi, and i think the reason why he did it the second time was because i tried to kill him which obviously i did it because i was trying to get revenge on him for destroying my car, but that's just my guess.
