You cant drive by without a SMG

My ingame name is diogogames
 
When you are on a car as a passenger and try to drive by, you cant go out the window unless you carry with you a SMG. It happends with both cars and bikes.
I tried with and without and its a recurring issue. 100% every time you dont carry a SMG, you cant driveby.

I understand what you mean, I can explain, in /settings in vehicle settings part you can select the default type of guns to use in drive by and if the selected gun type isnt with you then you wont be able to drive-by.
Perhaps a fix is to disable that default gun system. Thanks for your report we will handle it.

Or if unavailable
SMG
Or if unavailable
Pistol
Or if unavailable
Shotgun
Or if unavailable
Assault rifle
