Why VPN is forbidden to use here? What actually they do? I saw on Google that it decreases ping then why it's forbidden?

Nah, to evade my ban, I didn't use VPN. I used that to see if I really get a low ping. And that happens.

And I know all the topics and after I got unbanned, you can also see if I had used VPN in these days... But, I have those questions...

I've use VPN to evade my ban because Flyburger banned and he thinks that I am crazyelevens but not. Yeah, VPN lowers your ping. proven and tested.
