Hey i was chasing [RA]TheTrevorP for long time and there a guy kept support him to escape from me
he was 20 hp with this guy called xXzaidXx (0) . i went to 1v1 with guy called xlash and i get killed becuse xXzaidXx (0) kept ramming me
after that [RA]TheTrevorP left xxzaidxx's car and spawned a bike and he was 20 hp i chased him again and made him pee hp while im chasing him
i made a strong lagpit then he dead. he jailed and gave me PSO

First of, you weren't chasing me 20 minutes. You were just leaving and coming back at random times (being busy chasing some1 else or dying).
As of, I can start counting alot of things you did wrong. Be happy it stays at one PSO. One of the things was for example, shooting my car til it burns while I am being orange and not fleeing away from you, literally standing afk on the street. 

Rest shown in screenshots, I have even noticed you twice in the chat, not to shoot me. You guys were shooting me for a long time.

i chased u for long time yes leave and comeback becuse that guy was make u esc
and tell me how can i arrest u ? i should shot u from my car to make ur bike destroyed
and everytime u went on foot i was chasing u on foot without shoot u
i just kept shot u from my infernus while u driving the bike and u was pee hp i did strong lagpit they u fall out
and got mad then give pso and quit before Facing me
Edit : about im shoting with m4 yes u was driving  and i go on foot then attack u while u in car or while you with xXzaidXx
if i want to kill u i will kill u before enter xXzaidXx's vehicle
