[OMeN] RDM and Toxic Behavior

Details		This player was taking advantage of the hour and the absence of administrators to do some random DM.  I ask him to stop that and he only say that he can do whatever he want because he pay to @Mike . I call some friends to help me with that situation and we kill him every time that he was MW or when he attack us. OMeN just got mad and quit game. Later he came with a huge crew and kill me and my friends, he got his revenge several times and we ask him to stop killing us and to forget it. but he still chasing and killing us while we were innocent players and do nothing on him. I swear that this player have a lot of reports and its time to do someting different wit him.

As I was checking actions logs, the first in front of PD could be legit since you've attacked his sultan before, probably destroyed it (really questionable revenge). Second kill, near hospital, is valid RDM and OMeN will be punished. Next time please have /timestamp on.

For the toxic behaviour, it is clear that he was sarcastic, but I will warn him for that so players don't get the wrong picture.
