Gas station, any other store doesn't have the option to buy lotto ticket.

So, today like half an hour ago, I also faced this. Without lotto option, everything was there. I'll attach a ss later when I can. Dudesdog also tped to me and said it was there but not in my screen. After I came back in the server, all of the shits happening with me, why?!

Lotto ticket is at gas station. But only inside, not outside...
