Make you disable to cross down the pd of sf

I've noticed lately, that you can go doen the pd of sf while you're not a cop while you can't do the same in LVPD also LSPD
So my idea is to make you disable to cross that door in Sf to make fairly in each pd

yes. its too annoying when u just break out from the cell nearest to the door and u enter the SFPD garage where a bunch of cops who were chilling there start shooting at you as soon as you enter a vehicle and give an excuse "You were in a vehicle" (@FloridaMan1983). Even on the cops side sometimes MW criminals escape so fast that you won't even recognize that someone broke out of jail. +1

I would rather enable it in all than disable it in SF. It gives you another escape route. That’s the idea.
