Disable tazer when recently attacked

Why cops allowed to taze and kill ?? This is totally unfair when both, the cop and criminal has guns to fight but still the cop uses his tazer and boom; you can't do shit to him but he killed you. And specially in interiors this is totally unfair because cops can just taze you anywhere and you can't use molotovs
Please do something to this issue because its really irritating and frustating

I disagree. If a red suspect is shooting you and then you taze them, you have the right to kill them.

Only sometimes killing a suspect when tazed is necessary. For example you just tazed a suspect and 10 more came to kill you. In that case you have to kill the tazed suspect before they kill you. And what I am saying is, once a cop is attacked, he can't use tazer for the next 5 seconds

Cops must be able to use their tazer anytime, -1.  but the thing that i'd notify about is to make the cops disallowed to kill the felons after tazing them even tho they got attacked, but nowadays they're using it to make the struggle easier to win.

Of course it bothers for the criminals when the fight cops but somehow cops must be allowed to use it might to protect themselves from getting killed if they weren't as strong as the enemy is, but in my look still the main purpose of using tazer is to arrest.

Plus, Be smart, only shoot when cop is far from you. Nowadays there isn't a cop who uses taze while simultaneously you as a suspect shooting him, as you are already talking about a 1v1 fight cop vs criminal I assume?

Already the shooting distance of tazer is short between cop and criminal, you also can avoid it easily by doing zigzaging movements incase you are in interior.
