A: Yes, you can. You can help random criminals fight against cops. As long as you witnessed cops trying to ''harm'' the criminal.

A: No, you can not. Your friend is already dead, you can't help him.
Q: Can I kill anyone with a bounty on their head?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Can I kill a civilian, who is trying to steal my car or breaking into my house?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Are you allowed to run someone over and leave your car on top of them until they die?
A: No, you are not allowed to car park.

A: Yes, you can. However reporting them would be the best choice.

A: Yes, it is.
Revenge Rules
Q: Are cops allowed to take revenge on a criminal who killed or robbed them?
A: No, they need to go off-duty to seek their revenge.
Q: Can I take revenge on a cop who ticketed, arrested or killed me?
A: Yes. As long as it’s within 30 minutes.
Q: If someone robbed me, then another player killed my robber, can I still take revenge on the player who robbed me?
A: Yes, you can. Unless if you contributed to your robber's death in any way in a span of 2 minutes prior to his death.
Q: If someone places a bounty on me, can I kill them?
A: Yes, you can. As long as it’s within 30 minutes.
Q: Can I take revenge on people who robbed my house?
A: Yes, you can. As long as it’s within 30 minutes.
Q: If someone killed me and then I go take my revenge, can he kill me again?
A: Yes, until one of you stops killing (because it is a endless chain)
Q: If someone kills me 1 minute before the city changes, can I take my revenge?
A: Yes, you can. City change doesn't affect revenge status.
Q: Can my friend help me take my revenge?
A: No, they can not. However, they can assist you by being a driver, while you drive-by. However once the person starts to defend themselves they can help protect you. They just can’t attack first as they have no reason to.
Q: How does shared revenge works?
A: If you contribute to the death of a player in ANY WAY that counts as your revenge claimed. Any damage towards the player up to 2 minutes before their death counts as a ‘contribution’ to their death and your revenge on them is claimed. This also includes if you’re a driver and a passenger kills them, or you help someone else catch and kill them, such as popping their tires or damaging/ramming their vehicle.
Q: If I got attacked and killed by the group of people, who can I take revenge on?
A: Singular player can take revenge against group of people, no matter who actually landed the kill. Each revenge should be taken in the span of 30 minutes since their last hostile action towards you.
