My ban appeal

Hi, Im writing this for my friend: ghatel_motad. He has registered his acc on forum but it has not been approved yet!

Ban/infraction reason and detailsShooting innocent without any reason
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?this ban was not wrongfully issued but ghatel_motad said that he is regret for what he has done and also it seems he didnt know or read the rules of server so i have explained all of them for him cause he is not good at english, please unban him.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?he came and start shooting at Venom cause Venom and i were fighting and he just wanted to defend me.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?DeathShadow
Any more information to provide?please unban him he loves your server but he couldnt read the rules. I have explained all of them for him, he wont do that again, unban him pls.

This isn't his first infraction ban. he should have known server rules after his first infraction ban, as you said you have explained all the rules so I couldn't unban him, the ban will stay but I will decrease his ban to 2 weeks.
I hope he will follow the server rules in the future.

Dear venom i have explained the rules for him newly, i mean after he told me he has banned for 1 month, not before that, i even didnt know about his first ban. This would be a great favor from you if you unban him please ;)   :-*

Hello, your friend's ban was set for 1 month and then reduced, that is more than enough considering this is his second ban. Let him serve his remaining ban without evading and then he can play again.
