crating than buying

i wanna to suggest a system that makes us crafting items like baits for fish rod or armor or weapons or medkits or ammo etc and to craft it players should get the crafts item from caves or any nature like metals and stones from mountain chilled idk the name of the mountain the leather from robbing clothes shop .
Warning
if this system added the player should lose  an amount of his materials by /rob
also there is a shop when you can buy the materials you need but starting from 1k
depend on the material kind
