As stated, casino heists are already planned, they are even mentioned in the intro tutorial but unfortunately I did not have a chance to add them before the beta launch as they will be quite complicated, a lot more complicated than the relatively simple bank robbery.
If I'm going to add heists I want them to be amazing, not simple boring robberies. They will take a lot of time to develop to that standard.
