horse betting wrong position - FLANGE SPANNER WAS 1ST

- What happened exactly? horse betting, flange spanner was 1st but still lost
- What circumstances may have led to the issue? idk
- Has anyone else experienced the issue? idk
- Can you replicate the issue? idk
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves? bet
- If relevant, what was the time and date (GMT) of the issue? 11:50:49 04/05/24 I guess

flange spanner was first, not five finger splay :(

I noticed... it happens sometimes... when 2 horses finish almost together or there is very little gap between them.

I think I have an explanation. A horse finishes the race as soon as they pass the pole. In your case, possibly, the purple one passed the pole first and the green one overtook it when it had also passed the pole. Do you remember if that was the case? Maybe we should stop the horses as soon as they finish instead of them keep running until every horse finishes.

green was ahead for a while but not by a huge amount, they did keep overtaking each other a bit though + the horses stop instantly when it ends

The horses stop running as soon the last one passes the pole. The overtake you mention happened after these horses have finished. Their finishing position is determined by the time they pass that pole. Any overtakes after that do not change the positions. I think I will probably just stop the horses as soon as they pass the finish line to avoid any confusion such this.

@ChrisAg They should only stop after the last horse passes the pole, like in singleplayer.
