Issue	'Leaving Active City' warning appears in a wrong place
Description	So, you get the warning even if you are in LS, Hampton Barns. The border should be moved in that particular place as Hampton Barns is located in LS and not LV (in the middle of LS and LV border)as the game thinks.

This issue is not that big of a deal as you can always turn the "Leaving Active City" warning's in /settings.
