That was happening with me because my net
Also the final iron door in the down of the bank was disappearing because the net.

If it's missing it shouldn't be a bug, probably mike didn't add it

On the Original GTA SA there is no Gas Station there you can take a look at the Maps of the GTA SA.

Not a bug - there's no gas station there in single player. This is more of a suggestion. I'll move this to suggestions and add a gas pump there.
