What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I think some Manager/Moderator dont like me at all
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	i PLay with a bounch of guys they know i dont cheat and im a fair player
Any more information to provide?	I was banned before for harrass, because of some discussion with a Mod, he banned me. Than i try to enter again MSCNR and appear that im banned for cheats. I wasnt even playing so thats impossible ban

i already reset router . You didnt answer my question about the ban details, why did the responsible of my ban say that to me? it was clearly wrong and unfair ban. (he insult me calling me piece of shit)

First of all, your account "HeadStrike" isn't banned ,it was some other accounts with another name got banned by our previous community manager for cheating. I don't know why that ban connected to your account as you claimed that you already reset your router and not using VPN. We didn't ban you,and the one we banned wasn't you.

As @Flyburger said, you are not banned. This was a ban caused by VPN. Turn it off while playing on the server.
