I've seen few players struggle (me included) with some daily objectives like '5 players need to hire your services as a prostitute'.
Other times, I haven't seen anyone playing as a hooker because tbh it's a useless job, no one actually hires them because they don't have time or just get STDs and die, where's the fun in that?
So basically prostitute is a useless job and to create a demand for players to play as prostitutes add some new achievements, such as
"hire a prostitute 1, 5, 10, 100 times"
"spend 1000$, 3000$, 5000$ on prostitutes"
We could also get one star for hiring hookers to make it more thrilling
