groups system, friendly fire

it would be good if we could make groups where u could chat with the people using a specific command and everyone involved in the group has friendly fire turned off so that you don't accidentally shoot your teammates while fighting other people.

bro mike gonna add crew features in which everygang will have his own crew chat . like cops has radio # this one . but idk about friendly fire or something

Gangs don't need any more boosts or protections. As for group chat, it'll be a part of the new crew system.
