DetailsI was chasing this suspect as he went into the  water as i tried to shoot him but i couldnt hit him. So i jumped in the water following him. He had big advantage cuz i was trying to shoot him. He started pausing   which made me come closer to him i couldnt start recordin at that moment cuz i was holdin 2 buttons at same time and when i got close enough i started recording, he paused to avoid  on the video and did that couple of times before which gave me a chance to come closer to him.

Unfortunately,
This video is not enough evidence to punish him. The downtime was too short if he wanted to abuse bug he could have paused more minutes but the player will be monitored if he continues to do that  again , Next time try to record if it does paused more than one.
