Entering a house that was broke in by another player should be trespassing.
Currently, a player can break in a house, and you can enter after him, however you will not be charged with trespassing.

You should be charged, must be a bug.

The thing that makes this not-so-simple is what happens if someone goes into a house, then out, then in again striaght after? Are they to be accused of two crimes? Ok I can set a cooldown for that. What if they enter a second property? They should be charged in that case, so I also have to save what property they last entered. Ugh.
