Money drop bug

I see in Sf 2nd time who a money drop is there an cant take it. I think this is a bug

I saw that money drog also. i think only the owner can take it back. Because if you get robbed and you killed the player who robbed you it drops a cash. And i think only the owner can take it. And if im mistaking this is probly a bug then

I need further more information for this however i will log it i saw it also on ocean flats when i was playing tried to pick it up or something it returns 0 will log it in a sec
