Version 1.8.3




Main additions
- The bank vault guard now has health. Takes the same damage as regular players with per-weapon damage values at different ranges, headshot multipliers and so on. Will do more damage to players.

Other additions
- Added /packetloss (/pl) to view the packetloss of yourself or another player.
- Added $packetloss ($pl) quickstring to show your packetloss in chat.




Main changes
- The bank vault guard will now take players' armour when shooting them instead of just going after health.
- Changed bank robbery cash bag pickup animation to a longer one, to make bank robbery a tiny bit harder.

Other changes
- Bank robbery will now trigger a noticable warning on the screen for all cops.
- Standing next to the satchel explosion when robbing the bank will now kill you. Be warned!
- Players that spawn after a city change that were downed just before the city change will now have their health set to 2hp so they can at least walk around and go and get some health, rather than having no choice but to just die.
- Moved 'Welcome to [city name]' at end of city transition to the bottom of the screen as it was covered by chat.
- You can no longer change skin in a clothes shop (at the blue t-shirt icon, you can at the counter) while wanted (2-star wanted level or higher). This is because you can hide from cops without them having a chance to get to you.
- You can no longer skip the intro tutorial at the last few stages.




Main fixes
- Fixed players losing armour after a city change.
- Fixed players' health being reset to 100 on spawn.
- Fixed players that are dying (about to respawn) just before city change being taken out of city change mid-way through it.
- Fixed some issues with players losing weapons after a server restart due to a SA-MP sync bug. Player weapons are now given after a delay on spawn.

Other fixes
- Fixed 'Favourite weapon' setting 'Fist' not working (not arming you with fist on spawn).
- Fixed time lapse not being cancelled by the setting of time without time lapse.
- Fixed 'Welcome to [city name]' appear in the intro tutorial.
- City transition now hides all HUD including wanted stars, bank balance, and week day.
- Fixed city transition starting off at night time and quickly changing to day. It should be daytime throughout.
- Fixed wanted level evasion going on in the background during a city transition.
- Fixed players being shot by bank vault guard just after leaving the vault area.

The packetloss will come in hand quite a bit, will shot if it's worth chasing that teleporting orange crim around or not.
