airport guard

i attacked airport guard(with colt) in LV,got 5 star wanted level for 'killing shopkeeper'
happens every time when i shoot him with colt,idk for other weapons.

I think thats intendet, next time  aim at him or just punch him that gives you 1-2 stars as i remember

Yep that's what happens. Unfortunately it's not very accurate. The wording probably should be changed.
