There a tutorial.txt inside a mod file if u want the tutorial . And make sure to backup your old gta sa file before doing this cuz it might crashed ur game

note : Im note creator all of the mods , im just mixing all off them into gta sa and make it a better advance on Low end pc and also the mods are LQ and for low end

The preview of the project mod , i know its cringy cuz i made this for over 3 years ago :
