| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Because first of all i didn't use any kind of cheats , i dont evem have cleo and im pretty sure than the reason why i got banned is my bad internet connection |

What was happening? | before i got banned i had an error in the server something like invisible seat so i exited the server and rejoined , everything went normal until i reached guns shop and found no players around , i waited for a few seconds and my vehicle tire popped even tho no players was around i knew at that moment my connection was too slow , just before i exited the server i got banned. |
