NRG Fuel

My ingame name [ALIEN420]Astronaut

 My nrg ran out of fuel so i menaged to fuel it up on a gas station  as i leave the gas station as a medic i stop to heal up a player while another player hijack my nrg  i couldnt run for him cuz i was freezed by the animation of healing so i recalled my nrg  soon as i hop on the bike fuel percentage was 0. I just left the gas station and it was a little weird . so i decided to replicate the thing and ended up with the same result dont mind the bike in ground it doesnt mather anywhere you spawn it is the same result. Video in couple of minutes soon when it is uploaded

I'm looking into this right now, as it's a pretty substantial bug, and there's clearly video proof here.

Also, personal vehicles spawning under the road should be fixed next update too.
