Add key and lock feature to personal vehicle's

It sucks when you are not aware and someone steals your car. Also if someone wants to ride your vehicle they shouldn't break in it they must be given keys to ride it without any mayhem caused by cops too (Lock for making it bit difficult to steal car and not making it impossible to steal cuz stealing is a part of game).

Vehicle break-ins should not be disabled, however about the keys system, Yeah sure we should be able to give car keys to friends to lend them vehicles for a short period of time.

Keys system would be good, That you would be able to give your keys to your friends "share".

This would be a cool idea, maybe you could purchase "copy of car key" from a store (there would most likely need to be a limit of how many keys you can create).

I suggest 2 to 3 keys per vehicle given to other friends, for example I have [C]alleb with me and he sometimes wants to drive my Sultan. Everytime he hops into the sedan he has to break-in the vehicle, making the vehicle's engine still running even if he hops out of it. With this car key system he could be able to hop in the vehicle with no problem, as soon as he enters the engine automatically turns on and turns off once he hops out of it. Just like it was owned by him. (also lock && unlock)
