Password losses and Account helpings

I would like if someone could help me/others about password losses only (for me) and account helpings for other not-so-experienced player on the MCNR sevrer.

you have lost your Ingame password?

Furthermore, you request help for some of your friends/yourself how to play on the server/how it works?

Yes, i have lost a password and made a post about password losses so people can join this and get help, so yeah...

I do need a new password.
