Stealing one is a risk in itself seeing as if you get caught with one you get slapped with a $400+ fine and with a hotdog/icecream being $15ish it's a lost profit, not only mentioning that it can be easily stolen from you by other players due to it's speed.

Good idea. Just need to think about the logistics of it and how it would work. Storing them in a garage would be unrealistic because the Hotdog van is massive. I might just make it so taking a food truck doesn’t give you a wanted level if you are innocent, just like taxis do.
