Lets get drug system

Why dont we get drug system here ?
For ex. Criminals needs hidden places to plant their drug seeds to save them from being stolen or seized by cops . We can add drug dealers to map so people can buy seeds or other staffs to do this illegal job .
Cops can detect drugs and other staffs like they do with stolen cars . This would add more money making options + fun (for both classes ; cops can try to find and seize the plants , so they can get money and scores . And criminals get money and score if they complete it correctly . What do you think ?

It seems good. Hiding your plant's from cop's and let it grown & harvest it when it ready but it should be vanish or die when its exceeds the limit.

1-Make a limit on places to grow the drugs.
2-Make it in the active city to forbidden people that can get in helicopter and jump on the roof of any building and start growing and that gonna be hard to catch.
3-Cops able to harvest those plants and deliver it to police department.
4-Make it more challenge that cop will be on radar as he have drugs.
5-People can stole his car or make it undriveable and steal the drugs from the car.
