Make ATM's useful for something important

I would just like to throw this out there because after all this time i havent seen such use in ATM's rather than
transferring money from bank to wallet and opposite or robbing them for wanted levels or just cash (kind of) and the lack of giving other players money (not counting bribery and house buying) it would be cool if there was a weekly limit of say 100k money transfer to other players. (the amount of the money and the cooldown is my own opinion and i would like others to comment on that if they have other ideas on it)

There's a cash transfer limit for a reason I'm afraid. We had a money glitch and the glitcher (who managed to get like $200 million) gave millions to everyone.

That being said, now that I'm confident there won't be another money glitch (measures are in place), I could up the limit to 100k or something I guess.
